 Boys & Girls Club Membership is only $30 per year. The Club is open to kids from 6 to 18 years old. Club membership entitles members to participate in
Open Club for one year. Membership also
allows children to participate in additional Boys & Girls Club activities
with additional fees such as Super School, day camps, summer camps or
basketball. Please complete this membership form and bring it in to the club with your $30 annual membership fee. When you pay to update your information and pay your annual membership fee.
Please complete and turn this Medical & Authorization Form with your membership. Remember to update the child's medical information when there are changes.
If
you would like to join the Coupeville Boys & Girls Club, yet are
unable to afford the yearly membership fee, or would like to participate
in various programs like the day camps,basketball, etc., scholarships
are available based on qualifications (proof of income is
required with this application,this information is for verification
purposes only and will be kept confidential.)
Children who are in an active duty military family may join the club at no cost to their family through the Mission Youth Outreach program. Active duty can be with the National Guard, Reserves or any branch of the military. To participate in this program parents must fill out the Mission Youth Outreach form which can be found at the Club. For more on our Club policies check out our Family Handbook.
